Design
Once the lot is selected, we begin with a foundational plan and shape every detail around how you want your home to function. Working closely with our architectural team, we incorporate those decisions into the final plans before preparing a comprehensive estimate.

Construction follows a completely transparent, fixed-fee model designed to reduce the risk of cost overruns. Through Buildertrend, our project managers share daily photos, progress updates, and current estimates, giving you a clear view of the work, a place to comment, and the ability to follow your home from anywhere.

Providence Builders was founded in 2005 by Ron and Diane Bills on a simple belief: exceptional homes begin with genuine connection. “Sometimes you meet a client and within the first five minutes you just know,” Ron says. “You share the same vision, the same values—and you can’t wait to get started.” That willingness to listen has shaped every relationship, every plan, and every home Providence has built. Understanding how a family wants to live is where the work truly begins. Ron brought aerospace engineering and corporate leadership experience to residential construction, creating a design-build process defined by precision and accountability. Diane pairs deep homebuilding knowledge with a gift for customer care, guiding clients through products, pricing, and decisions with clarity. Together, they lead a coordinated team that has carried more than 500 homes from first conversation through completion. Every client receives a detailed, transparent plan, including a 450-line-item budget, supporting quotes, and ongoing draw reports. Providence has earned Cityview Magazine’s Best of the Best Award for Custom Home Builder—Over $1 Million three years running.
